The Samro Electrolyzer Modules
The Samro electrolyzers strike by their simplicity and durability. The modules are designed for the continuous operation of 24 hours and require no cleaning cycles at all. The previously decalcified water and the automatically added salt brine are fed through the electrolytic cell controlled by line pressure and conveyed into the reservoir.
A built-in control unit monitors the process which, if necessary, can be integrated in a master control unit. This enables several modules to be operated at the same time in case of high performance requirements and the system control monitors all devices as well as tanks, pumps and decalcification devices.
In summary, the Samro electrolyzers have the following advantages:
- great performance of 1000lt ActiWa per hour and module.
- only approx. 1/3 current consumption compared to the old technology with diaphragm.
- no cleaning cycles required and therefore 24h operation possible.
- easier modular design for large performances possible.
- low maintenance requirements.
